Some interesting reading
I picked up this book at the library yesterday and I'm really enjoying it...it's called Chicken Soup for the Scrapbooker's Soul...hahahaha! Funny thing is...a lot of the stories could have been written by me, I find something vaguely familiar in all of the ones that I've read so far. heehee.
I finished a layout tonight while I was watching American Idol and Dancing with the Stars...a perk of having a TV in my scrap room.

Scrap till you drop!!!
I have been scrapping like crazy the past couple of weeks. I went to a 14 hour crop last saturday and this weekend I did an online crop and finished about 20 layouts all together between last week and this week. I'm going to another all day crop on May 19th so I'm hoping to get a lot done that day as well. I should be getting my power layout box from my CM consultant this week and I am planning on preparing a ton of layouts to bring with me to the crop. I think this is enough for today, I'll post a few more layouts tomorrow. :)
Recipe
Here is the recipe for that Bubble Up Pizza since a few people asked for it.
Bubble Up Pizza Casserole
1 pound 96% lean ground beef ( I USED TURKEY)
2 t. onion powder or 1 onion, chopped (I USED ONION POWDER)
16 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 t. dried basil
3 cloves garlic, minced (I USED GARLIC POWDER)
1 t. Italian seasoning
Veggie Toppings (mushrooms, peppers, olives, any of your favorites-I used black olives)
17 slices Turkey Pepperoni (optional but I did use it)
15 oz. refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (I use 2 of the 7.5 oz cans)
1 1/4 c. part skim milk mozzarella cheese, shredded
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. In skillet, brown meat over medium heat until browned, stirring to crumble. Stir in onion powder, tomato sauce, basil, garlic and Italian seasoning.
2. Add veggies (mushrooms, peppers, black olives, etc whatever you like) and pepperoni. Add quartered biscuits; stir gently until biscuits are covered with sauce. Spoon mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese, and bake an additional 10 minutes or until biscuits are done. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
