PROMISE

I used a sticker sheet I picked up at the Crafts warehouse to create the title on this layout.

Parachute

I decided to work on this one while it was still fresh in my mind and I could journal the story behind the photos. This is just a fun memory of Alex's imagination at age 9

HAWAII

This is my first layout since I finished up my new room!! A 2 page spread from a kit that I bought on my trip to the crafts warehouse this past weekend. I think it turned out cute and I'm excited that I have finally started scrapping our Hawaii pictures!

Finally done!!

My room is finally done and I can now get back to what I love the most and that is scrapbooking!! I went to the Flowers and Crafts Warehouse in Blue Ball, Pennsylvania this weekend and found so many great treasures that I can hardly wait to get started creating some new layouts with everything that I picked up there!

More stuff

I did a little more shopping today and picked up a few more storage containers, some cork board and a cute little side table which I will be using to store my reading lamp on. Things are starting to come together nicely. I spent a bit more than planned but that's ok, I want to be happy with the room and all of the storage that I need in here.

Decorating my space

I had a lot of fun painting these unfinished letters and I hung them up on the wall above my peg board where I will be storing some of my tools. I like the way it looks. :-)

Mission Organization

I haven't done a layout in a few days but that's because I have decided to completely redo my computer/crafts room and it has become quite the project from top to bottom. I'm working with a budget of about $500 which is what I will probably wind up spending when all is said and done but I think the end result is going to be very nice and functional, just the way I want it. Stay tuned!

Ocean View

For this layout I tried out my hand at a chalking technique that I saw on DIY Scrapbooking recently. I used a stencil and 2 colors of chalk, I did the bottom of each letter in blue and the top in green and I outlined each letter with a fine tip blue marker and inked the edges of the card stock.

The "View" is rubber stamped letters on blue cardstock squares that I rounded off with my corner punch. Some of these old pictures weren't of great quality but I think the layouts are turning out nicely just the same.

Last one from these series of pictures

This is the last layout from the Otter Lake camping trip. I like the way it turned out and I love looking at these old pictures, especially seeing my mom and dad in them even with the bed head hair. :)
