I made those little squares on the left side of the "Getting Ready" page. I layered 3 strips of paper and then punched them out in squares and matted them. I like the way they turned out. The letters are chalked.I love the picture of Jim and Alex going off to snorkel together and this beautiful paper is just perfect for it.
